These Terms of Service apply to your use of lullor.com and purchases made from Lullor Limited.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

ELIGIBILITY

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to place an order.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when using the website or placing an order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colours, materials and images accurately.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, manufacturing tolerances and screen settings.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s appearance, quality or function are not necessarily defects.

PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the website or applicable market.

Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

Taxes, delivery charges and any applicable duties will be shown at checkout where supported.

ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase products from us. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • We cannot lawfully fulfil the order

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or change available colours and sizes.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund.

DELIVERY

Delivery methods, estimates and charges are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and cooperating with delivery and customs requirements.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.

You may request cancellation before dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfilment has started.

Dispatch does not remove statutory cancellation rights that apply after delivery.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions and usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Only one discount may be used per order

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively

  • Discounted amounts are not refundable beyond the price actually paid

The website and its content, including branding, copy, graphics, photography, video, designs and software, are owned by or licensed to Lullor Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, video or other content, you confirm that:

  • You created it or have permission to share it

  • It does not infringe another person’s rights

  • It is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or fraudulent

Where you give permission or submit content through a promotion that clearly requests reuse, you grant Lullor Limited a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and display that content for business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

PROHIBITED USE

You must not:

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Introduce malware or harmful code

  • Interfere with website security or operation

  • Scrape or extract content without permission

  • Impersonate another person

  • Submit false or fraudulent information

If you purchase as a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, customs action, transport restrictions, governmental action, infrastructure failure or widespread service interruption.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when an order is placed will normally govern that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Lullor Limited, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory rights or bringing a claim in a court available to them under applicable consumer law.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
