RETURN POLICY
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. To qualify:
- Items must be in like-new condition - clean, undamaged, no stains or signs of use
- Products must be in their original packaging
- A $15 return processing fee applies per order
- All returns must be requested through email
- Once approved, you'll receive a return label. Please use it within 7 days.
Returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.
Refunds
Unopened items: Full refund to your original payment method. Opened or lightly used items: Refund or store credit, provided they're still in like-new condition.
Timing: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
If your original payment method is no longer active, we'll issue store credit instead. Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund or credit.
Exchanges
Want a different size or product? Return your original item and place a new order. Once we receive your return, we'll process it. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly. Exchanged items are final sale.
Damaged or missing items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged or missing, email help@lullor.com within 7 days with:
- Clear photos of the damage
- A photo of the SKU label on the packaging
After 7 days or without proper documentation, we may not be able to process your claim.
Items we can't accept returns on
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged through misuse or wear
- Items returned without original packaging
